Five elements of the evidence record.
Each one is deliberately narrow. They describe association and recording, not proof.

Photo evidence
Photographs captured against the record and item they relate to, so the picture and its context stay together.

Digital acknowledgement
A recorded confirmation that a person received something and acknowledged it.

Sign-off
Where sign-off forms part of the configured workflow, the signing step is recorded against the same item.

Timestamp
When the entry was made, recorded by the platform as part of the record.

Record association
Every photograph and acknowledgement belongs to a specific record, not to a general folder.

Attach the evidence to the record.
A photograph on someone's camera roll is not a record. A photograph attached to a specific inspection item, with a note and a time, is one.

What is deliberately not claimed.
Evidence and signature language gets overstated constantly in this market. These are the claims Built Still does not make.

Not a chain of custody
Built Still does not claim to provide an immutable or tamper-evident chain of custody for photographic material.

Not legal evidence status
A record held in the platform carries no automatic legal or evidential status. Whether something is admissible or persuasive is decided elsewhere.

Not location data
No claim is made about capturing, verifying or storing geographic location, geofencing or site presence.

Not cryptographic proof
No claim is made about cryptographic signing, hashing or verification of records or signatures.

Create a clear record of acknowledgement.
Who was issued with it, who opened it, who acknowledged it and who signed. Four states, recorded consistently, rather than a signature sheet nobody can find.
